1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Service Not Rendered: If a service was scheduled and paid for but not performed due to our oversight.

  • Service Cancellation: If you cancel a scheduled service at least 48 hours in advance, you may be eligible for a full refund of any prepayments made.

  • Unsatisfactory Service: If the service provided did not meet the agreed-upon specifications or standards, and efforts to rectify the issue have been unsuccessful.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:

  • Change of Mind: If you decide to cancel the service after work has commenced.

  • External Factors: Delays or issues caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.

  • Third-Party Interference: Damages or issues arising from work performed by another contractor after our service completion.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Written Request: Send an email to rooflagusa@gmail.com detailing the reason for the refund request, along with any supporting documentation.

  2. Provide Necessary Details: Include your full name, contact information, service address, date of service, and a copy of the payment receipt.

  3. Timeline: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the service date.

4. Evaluation and Processing

Upon receiving your refund request:

  • Review: Our team will assess the request and may contact you for additional information.

  • Decision: You will be notified of the outcome within 10 business days.

  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
